Sunflowers are my favorite flowers with which I see my identity. So many associations come up when I look at them, especially in the open field: wild, strong, free, reaching up and turning towards the sun. Sometimes they lean towards each other, like in a kiss. When the sunflower season comes to an end, old age comes, they become even more expressive. They are interesting to draw in order to record a change in the state of the soul, no less beautiful than in the dawn of their flowering.
